Trap laying speed is another attack which doesn't have
different parameters for the different weapon types. Trap laying
speeds are attack speed based, not spell casting speed based. The
parameters are:
AnimationSpeed = 128
DrawnFrames = 8
base =
100

9 fpa is the fastest you can throw traps. These tables are not for
the blade skills in the traps tree.
