The Vengence skill is gained from the runeword Kingslayer. The Kingslayer runeword can only be made in 3 socket swords and scepters. That eliminates all weapon types except 1hs (one handed swinging) and 2hs (two handed swords). The Vengence skill also uses the A1 attack animation, so it also will use the same breakpoints as Tiger Strike, Cobra Strike, and Phoenix Strike and the same EIAS and BoS/IAS tables will apply.
