Ask Giu
Got a question to ask? Email me and I'll have Councilor Kawauso Giuntoh of the comic (and of the RL world) answer it for you! Believe me, he's very smart, even smarter than me o_O. Any question you ask, he'll answer in full detail yet also keeps it simple enough for easy understanding.
You can ask Giuntoh about almost anything: the comic itself, the cultures and customs, or any else. In fact, ask him anything! However, how and what you ask depends on how Giuntoh will answer back. If you ask anything about his personal life or of the story's plot and secrets, Giuntoh may be hesitant in how to answer or just might not answer at all (after all, we all despise spoilers >>). Use your own judgement on what questions to ask; you ask a stupid question, you get a stupid answer. Avoid anything pertaining to the plot and Giuntoh's personal life (one that's TOO personal, at least, like asking about his relationship between him and his wife); he's quite sensitive on that subject.

| Question: I'm curious, how are positions as Councilors obtained in Siquotia? And how many can the Emperor have? | Giuntoh: Councilors are mostly elected by other government officials throughout the nation, including the Emperor. It is even possible for the councilors to be elected by other councilors. One way for someone to be elected as councilor is to be nominated by a region in the nation by its kings and governors (if that region lacks a councilor representing it already) and for the Council and the Emperor himself to decide if he is worthy of doing such a job (through recommendation letters). Another way is for the Council/Emperor to just directly elect a man themselves/himself. That man elected as Councilor must represent a region, usually the one he is born and raised in. | |
