Welcome
Hello and Welcome! My name is Stefanie and I'm here to present what I can do! Well Im a 19 year old, Pastry-Chef-In-Training. My passion for cooking is actually still fairly new to me. It started at the end of my senior year in high school when I took a culinary class just for an easy A. I heard that a lot of students just goof off there and I thought it would be nice just to have an easy class. Well when class started no one would do ANYTHING in class, and being the person that I am, (easily guilt into volunteering), I started doing the cooking. The first time I made something and it turned out ok, I got so excited. I started helping out and cooking more. I even waitered for the school lunch events. Ever since then Ive tried to learn everything I can and I HAVE learned a lot! Going to a culinary school is one of the best things to ever happen to me. I cant wait to see what else this opportunity has in store for me.
